This Welch Allyn, LS-150, Halogen, Examination Light, REF 44500 is in excellent unused condition. The unit powers on and functions properly. The lamp is in excellent cosmetic condition. There is a minor crack that was repaired on the plastic lamp housing (see photo). The crack is barely visible and does not affect function. The arm functions properly through all range of motion. The base of the lamp is in excellent cosmetic condition. All connection points are in excellent condition and function properly. The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is excellent with the exception of a minor crack that was repaired (see photos). This unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
