This Phase Hardness Tester is in need of repair. Unit powers on, however there is screen burn that needs to be replaced or fixed (see photos). This unit comes with a cable and Leed D test block. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else. Calibration date was 4-27-2017. Because this unit does not appear to function properly, it will be sold for parts only with no returns.
